For American sizing, Im a 30x32. I read these shrink when washed, so I ordered the XL with the hopes this would even things out a bit once washed. I washed them immediately, but in a cold cycle, then proceeded to dry; the shrinking wasnt drastic, but Im not saying it wont shrink again when I wash them next.
