Although I had issues with the fit of my purchase, Light In The Box was more than accommodating by refunding my money and allowing me to donate the item to a local charity. I think that is very generous of the company considering they are losing the item and the money, but putting the customer first. In todays consumer market, that is a rarity. But, it wins my loyalty to their brand.
