I love the design from the catalog as soon as I saw it, imagining what I could put the bag.
Had some problems with delivery, but the staff put it right immediately and refunded my postage. I am impressed by the quality of service and assistance that I will venture to continue shopping with them.
The item arrived within reasonable time, after the little setback. The material and the bag was of good canvas fabric, colour was just right. Compartments in the bag were exactly what I wanted except for a careless flaw in the design. Unfortunately, the zip on the side pocket cannot be used, because instead of putting the zip the whole length of the pocket, they added a pleat on either end and sewed a tiny zip for the opening, so it is hardly accessible. Thus, a waste of a pocket. Also, I am not one for Chinese character logo, a simple neutral one would have been more effective.
