Dear LightinTheBox, I need to inform you that the boots I received yesterday are too small, one cm small. My shoe size is 37, and when I measure my shoe in length it is 10 inches and not 9/3/4. That is why I ordered a 38 size but still one centimeter short to fit my foot. Your table of measurement is wrong and, and for three sizes you still put 9/3/4, which is not good for the customers. But I like your boots very much and I am not sure how to send them back to have sent to me one size bigger which will fit my feet, size 39. Please tell me how I can do this as I really like them very much! Please let me know what to do.
