Sizes are on the small side: if you are normally XL then XL in this range is too small. I went for 2 sizes above what I normally am and this proved to be a good fit. So far so good , very nice shorts , fit is pretty much true to size , though i went one size up , which gives me a slight bit of play. Actual size may have been a bit tight , but its hard to tell without having both sizes.
