I purchased these dance shoes to practice in. I belong to a ladies’ group and we do some dances that require quick movements and a lot of turning. The suede soles work fine and the shoes are lightweight and comfortable. Being made of canvas I’m not sure how long they will last but they are fine for the price. I think the shoes are excellent for the price. I have not danced in them yet because I want to save them for a performance. They fit well and look good. They took a while to arrive and I was getting worried they were lost, but they arrived this week.

My only other "con" is that they have a very strong chemical odor. I suspect that will dissipate if they are left out of the plastic bag they came in.

Very nice product. It is possible to make the shoe tighter or looser with the string attached. This is a good feature for anyone who has a narrow or wide foot.
