A cheap waistcoat but as its for a Halloween costume and not formal wear, actually fine. pockets are not real just flaps but at least the adjustment strap on the back works.

I ordered a medium my regular size and I would say it was definitely large marked as Medium so bear in mind when ordering, if Id known I would have ordered Small but the back adjustable straps pulled it in enough to fit better.

The fabric is 95% polyester and 5% Spandex so not cotton and cheaper feeling but again, for the cost and for its use its mostly a solid purchase.
