I’m 6ft and 175lbs with a 32 - 33” waist. Very big on me. I should have gotten a size smaller but linen shrinks up a lot so I can make them smaller. I was looking for inexpensive, very light weight pants to wear on hot days to protect my legs from uv exposure. While they are not UV rated, they are a quite tight knit cotton fabric so I think they will help. They are quite comfortable on a hot day. Id say they are fairly true to size. I have a 36 - 38 waist. I bought large and they are a bit loose at the waist but have a nice elastic and tie string. I had previously purchased the same pants in medium and they were a bit tight. They are a great value.
