Im 6 ft 190 lbs. Im normally a size 36 US. Had to get the next size up for these to fit this is my second purchase of this item as the first pair did not fit. Very nice quality! The cargo pockets are a little small so you cant fit a smart phone but should be good for a wallet, keys and other smaller objects. Very happy with this purchase! Im 6 ft 190 lbs.
