I ordered a jacket from lightning the box. I kept tracking the parcel untill it reached customs in Johannesburg.( I am in South Africa). I got a fright when i got the message that the parcel was delivered, as I did not receive my order.
I then imnediately contacted light in the box and informed them about what was going on. Seemohammed responded quickly with the contact particulars of the courier company in South Africa. I contacted them and was the issue resolved....the package was not yet delivered. it was still at customs.
Dont be hesitant to buy from light in the box because they are in another country. the employees are serious about their work and would do their utmost to assist the client
