The product was delivered well within the delays given in the shipment confirmation email. The customer service representative Bilal was most cooperative when I enquired about the name of the delivery service used in Canada. The product was very well wrapped and adequately protected against damages. I will only be able to comment on the effectiveness against the cold temperatures, when winter comes.
2 issues: A) Why does it say Winter Jacket and at the bottom of the description Khaki Black/Spring/Fall? Is it a Winter jacket or not?
B) The jacket is very comfortable and will have to be worn over a wool sweater because it is not warm enough for Canadian Winter temperatures below 8 degrees C. In addition, one of the interior pockets was not stiched at all. I have to do it. Quality Control was not properly done.
these are the reasons why a STAR was deducted from the rating.mind you,the coat looks great and is very comfortable.
