My grandpa ordered two different sizes as he wasn’t sure, one fit perfectly , I was helping him to exchange the other one but in the end we couldn’t return it. We’re donating the sweater that didn’t fit. The return policy is not clear, I took a screenshot and wrote to customer service also suggested to please specify , my order was from the US. LightInTheBox was vey kind and prompt to answer our questions, they said they’re sorry that that’s their policy.
