I am 181.5cm tall weight 92.5 kg bought the 3XL. Deffinatley the right size 2XL would be to tight. When wearing have to place correctly by pulling the under seem to the base of your boys at the front, make the best use of the pouch, good enough room after few wears and washes the hold better bought around 14 so far.
