I was initially a little worried about my order to be honest - I didn’t realise it was coming from China and I usually avoid ordering from non-uk companies due to potential return difficulties. I am pleased to say that the bag I ordered was lovely & my daughter was really chuffed with it. Delivery took maybe a week, but luckily arrived just in time for the start of school. So I was relieved and a happy customer. My daughter loves her bag, she loves the charger - though I don’t know if we’re plugging things incorrectly sometimes or of the charger is temperamental. Either way, great bag, the charger is useful and having a front compartment plus side pockets for her water bottle is awesome.
