The shoes are so nice I wish I had done well in taking the correct measurements, but the customer service is so helpful that even if you dont get exactly what you were hoping for in your query there is always a warm and prompt response thats what I like about this site.

Somehow this item is classed as a custom order,
therefore I was caught off guard,
when I expected it to arrive within the 5 day expidited shipping time.
In other words I payed extra to have it come faster, it didnt, and I never received notice of this "custom" thing or a refund of the extra money I payed for quick arrival.
