I ordered this hoodie just before Christmas. Lets start with the negative. The material was way too thin and did not match the description. This was not Light In the Boxs LITBfault. However. The product arrived on time along with several other items all of which were perfect. I email LITB with my issue and their service has been incredible. The refund appeared as agreed in my account the next day and they have been nothing but helpful. I have used LITB for a couple of years now and always been happy. The one time I had an issue that really wasnt even their fault, they dealt with excellently! Will not hesitate to use them again and I highly recommend. Keep up the good work. One happy customer.
