It arrived as international letter. It was delivered 2 days late a total of 15 days delivery. The material is so light. I tried to find dance shoes locally and they were EXPENSIVE and the toe area was always huge on me. I even ordered two pair on Amazon, still expensive and still didnt fit right so I returned them. I took a chance on Light in the Box and bought four pairs of dance shoes because these prices had to be too good to be true but at least I wouldnt be out a lot of money. While shipping does take a few extra days coming from China and the box looked like DHL had played soccer with it, the order was well packaged and arrived in great shape, each pair bagged in plastic no more shoe boxes to recycle - yay. I will say with no reservations that I LOVE EVERY SINGLE PAIR!! I am absolutely amazed at how comfortable these shoes are and not a single pair that I ordered were over $25. I have already placed a second order and will always buy from this site for dance shoes or even for shoes to go with evening wear. These shoes are lovely. I usually take a size 5 but found size 5 is too small when I order from your company. So, I ordered a 5.5 and they fit perfectly! Pumps upper part is very beautiful, shoes are very comfortable in use, but sole of shoe is very delicate, shoes are good for indoors use, not for outdoor use.
One shoe of the pair is damaged, its binding stripe or belt is broken and is without binding hook. I think of removing the stripe from both and use it.
Packing was very good with inner cushions, which protected the upper form of pumps, but please take a quality control check before you pack inn the items. Arrived this morning in excellent packaging and very good condition. They fit nicely and are super comfortable! I have not yet danced in them but will try them out tonight.
