I informed the company who did not give me the reason for the delay but offered me credits on a future purchase...The two shorts I ordered for my husband are of good quality but I had to return them because the cut is rather "low waisted" and as soon as he stretched a little, you could see her belly or her back... I had to pay $11.68 CAD to return my order, so I will think twice before buying other clothes.
