| The product was a faux leather and not what I was expecting. The packaging was not ideal either as it only came in a plastic bag and not in a box so the legs were creased and folded upon arrival. I had to contact LITB to request a refund and so Yuriy from the customer service team was super helpful and helped look the situation so i would say he helped a lot with the process and made it easier and ensured my return was processed correctly. | |
