The pockets are nice size and the hood is lined. The fabric is polyester, of course, that is why it is so bold. It is not lined, so this is more for the late spring and early fall. You can wear a tshirt under it for a better feeling. This is a goood overall wear around the house jacket, hoodie. Nobody here has this type of hoodie, so it is a nice statement piece.
