Very unsatisfactory customer service, I bought 2 pairs of trousers and when they arrived they were too tight and too short, I contacted customer service for a refund and they absolutely declined, they offered 2 options, either to keep the items and get a 50% discount on my next purchase or to get a 30% refund, I just want my money back and I dont want any discounts because I will not be purchasing from them again.
