| I actually ordered the wrong size! And the return was almost flawless. They responded very quick and took care of me with 3 different options. The only down side was the amount it cost me to mail the coat back. However it wasn’t their fault I ordered the wrong size. They are very accommodating so I ordered another coat that is my actual size. | |
