Product arrived in the original shoe box only and looked like it had something heavy put on as it was crushed. Product was damaged was given credit. Thought I was getting 16 CM/6.3-inch heels after reading the Q&A. Once I looked at the specifications noticed it said 4 to 5 inches as they are actually 13 cm 5.1-inch heels which is fine. 100% Love these heels they are comfortable not to mention sexy. May order another pair if ever decide to actually wear them somewhere right now just for fun time in the bedroom. As delivery goes did take 16 days to come which is not bad coming from over seas.
