The description says sequins and the photo looks like stone studs so I was a little disappointed to see its just glitter. I am just worried the glitter will come off easily during wear. The sneakers themselves are beautiful. The sequins used the grey glitter sequins that give the sneakers their shiny look however, are not the permanent kind. A few of them do fall off. To resolve this issue, I wear these sneakers for special occasions only. I did, after all, purchase these sneakers, for special occasions. The shoes fit comfortably. They make my feet appear small which I do like. They shine brilliantly in the sunlight as well as the night giving my feet a shiny glow wherever I go. I do enjoy the compliments I receive from them. The shoes are well sewn and comfortable for both my toes and heels. I am overall, happy, with the purchase. My only criticism is that either a stronger glue is used to ensure sequins dont fall off or a different type of sequin is used that is permanent and long-lasting so the glitter, of the sneakers, doesnt wear off. Super cute shoes, I bought them for my daughter, she didnt want to wear heals for her wedding and theses are perfect for her dress!! She does recommend wearing thick socks with them as the tops are itchy from the sparkles.
