Shirt way to big to wear as a muscle shirt under another long sleeved shirt , but OK if this is only shirt you are wearing . I am a 176 lb. 511" man with a swimmers body - hope this well help you save a little $$$ and time and frustration ! P>S> material very stretchy so if you order down size it will still fit . Shirts were excellent but way to big so reordered them in size large to be worn as muscle shirts at the poker table. Love the style,price and customer service = look out Amazon you now have a competitor ! ! !
