I ordered this T-shirt for my husband. He is an Australian size 3XL. He commented that many T-shirts are smaller depending on brand company and country. I ordered a 5XL and this fitted him just fine. He had probably an inch to spare in the shirt, so maybe order one size larger if Australian.
