Black. These Heel protection patches are padded and shaped to welcome the back of your heel as you walk in your shoes. The reverse side is the part you stick the rounded part of your shoe. Use a marker to create a guide where your heel naturally rubs against the back of your shoe so you will know precisely where to place it. Make sure it is below the top edge of your shoes, so it cant be seen. Be sure the inside of the shoe is clean and dry before sticking the patch on. Peel the transparent protective plastic off the back and firmly press the patch inside. Press all over and around the patch so it adheres firmly in place. Suitable for preventing blisters, ruining the back of stockings, filling in a gap to help the shoe fit tighter and prevent the back flipping up and down when you walk and cushioning your heel if your shoe is a tad tight. Regular pressing around heel patch will ensure a long life. Once you remove them from shoe they wont stick again properly. A good price. They really work well.
