Very pleased with the shoes in general. They seem to be as well made as my other dance shoes that I get from more well known online companies, are comfortable, and look great. The only two complaints I have are that its hard to get the size right. The european sizes dont match up too well with the U.S. sizes. I thought I was ordering the right size, according to the size chart, but the shoes are slightly smaller , but still workable. So, measure carefully, and probably go up a 1/2 size if youre in between. The other complaint I have is that it took SO long to get them; almost 30 days. I had trouble figuring out how to send a message on the company website, and had to use the live chat feature. Be aware there is no phone number at all to call and inquire about your order. Great looking shoes,very comfortable and great when dancing.I could only recommend them.
However, not happy with Lightinthebox services and information given as there are so many details hidden in their terms and conditions, but a customer is not properly informed in advance and then they can end up waiting for their order and pay for extra duty fees. This should be resolved as it does not happen on other websites, such as ebay, etc. Great looking shoes,very comfortable and great when dancing.I could only recommend them.

Lovely shoes. My mistake, as I thought the straps were satin as well rather than leatherette, but really nice. Fabric around heel not quite perfect but good for price. I bought the graphite ones, so love the pink toe! Havent worn them dancing yet, but they feel really comfortable.
The only problem I had was with the delivery. Waited 20 days, then emailed to say they hadnt arrived. Email straight back to apologise, and that they would be another 10 days.
