Although only 2 times I’ve purchased on LightInTheBox, I found the customer service was super.
My 2nd purchase / This purchase: Previously previewed arrival 20 June. But 2 days earlier in fact: real arrival 18 June.
My 1st purchase / Before this purchase: I’ve mis-ordered another goods. I just tried to ask the customer service if they could change sth else or cancel my wrong order. The nice service accepted my request and refunded my payment. I felt guilty and apologised to the customer service, but they consoled me and said “It’s my honour to serve you”, “please contact us if you have any questions”, etc. They were really gentle and nice.
