I seldom ever wore an Ascot but I am about to take a voyage to both South America and Antarctica and in January we will go on another voyage to Iceland and Greenland. Being in foreign countries I thought that it would be fun to wear an Ascot or Cravat. Wearing a regular necktie that I have done for many year will be a welcome change. American men, I think, seldom wear them. I will wear mine to dress up events on the ships. I will wear a blue blazer, white pants, white shoes and socks and ,of course, a cravat or ascot. I recently purchased two additional ones in various colors. My wife is thrilled at the look, a big change from the same old thing. Yours are very nice, stylish, and reasonably prices.
