Now 2XL fits great for me, I have a couple of inches to breathe after I button my shirt and it looks great. For a button up shirt you need to add a couple of inches to your chest measurement for the shirt to fit comfortably at least for me it did. Now I have a more athletic chest which is a little bigger. My chest measurements fit in the XL size range, but I couldnt button the shirt. It would have been good for a polo or slip on shirt but not a button up shirt. I love the shirt. The shirts are Beautiful. Ive since bought 2 more. They do run a little on the small side and you dont have big and tall. I normally wear a XXLT, but the 3X size did the trick.
