After sign in to “My Orders”, you can easily find each order you've placed and its current status. You can contact us to modify the shipping address of your order by following the instructions indicated in the image below.

OUKU store orders ship quickly, we do not allow changes to the shipping address or shipping country once the order has been shipped out because the freight cannot be recalculated and collected.
When the parcel has arrived at your destination country, you can contact the carrier for redirecting the parcel.
