There was a problem as I ordered the wrong size, but advisor TEDEISHA 07/11/24, was brilliant in helping me get the right size & the colour I need for my daughter’s wedding. The shoes are gorgeous and fit me perfectly US 5-7 / EU 37 size 4 UK.

I love them. Really beautiful. Well made, good quality and the exact match to my outfit & clutch bag. Really comfortable as the heel is not too high for a day of walking, dancing etc.
Arrived within the stated ETA as well.
I had read some pretty disturbing reviews about LightInTheBox & coming out of Asia, I got concerned as to whether, like some others, I might not receive my order.
But, IDK if I’ve been lucky, or, the company are improving their customer service & organization & management.
