A dedicated 4" stiletto wearer all my life I now have a degenerative back condition so no stilettos and I use sticks which are acceptable as I regard them as a fashion accessory. I usually wear between an 8 1/2 and nine. I did order a nine because of the reviews some people said they ran large. They do have a good size toe box. So they fit comfortably. The heel is on the high side but easy enough to walk in. I purchased a pair of black flared slacks That were pleaded flare high waist. These shoes would look great with those pants.
