Product arrived in the original shoe box only and was a little damaged. Product was fine. Thought I was getting 16 CM/6.3-inch heels after reading the Q&A. Once I looked at the specifications noticed it said 4 to 5 inches as they are actually 13 cm 5.1-inch heels which is fine. 100% Love these heels they are comfortable not to mention sexy.
