I am writing this review more about the company than the product. The product itself it good. It is lightweight and fits a bit on the large side, but overall a decent product.

The company on the other hand went the extra mile on the support side. I was concerned because I had ordered 2 shipments at nearly the same time and only one ever showed up. The sounded like the typical shipping scam where the product is posted to the shipper to generate the label, but it is never shipped. I was extremely happy to say that this was not the case... both shipments arrived, a bit late, but not unexpected because of Xmas delays and Covid.

For those who dont know, the scam is to generate the label, and when IF you complain you are delayed from filing a claim by the shipper saying just wait a week. By the time you check back again, you are past, or close to past the time when you can block the payment. When you do check back, you are often asked to "just wait a few more days, and well give you a XX discount". This continues until the window to do anything about it expires and youre out whatever you paid, or you just give up. LightInTheBox did ask me to wait, did offer the discount and DID DELIVER EVERYTHING. I was very impressed.

More to the point, I called them out on the problem and my suspicions. I said I would cancel the order if I did not receive valid tracking info or see the product within 7 days. I also said, that if they did deliver I would humbly apologize and write a review of my experience. The sent me a different tracking link that worked I thought it was a scam initially and the packages arrived on Xmas Eve and yesterday respectively. They came thru , so this is that apology and this is that review. In my opinion, they earned both.

I would absolutely order from this company again.

NOTE I am copy/pasting this review to the 3 products I ordered with minor modifications about the products. I was worried about ordering from this company because I had never heard of it before, and I thought I may not get that I ordered because this has happened to me in the past from other companies, but I have to admit the order came earlier than expected and the items were just what I ordered, I was very impressed and very pleased with the order and I will order from them again. The mens hoodie geometric I ordered arrived on time and is a a great quality product. Most importantly it is sized right. A large is a true large, which can be dicey ordering online. Thank you!
