These boots are extremely comfortable, more comfortable than I was expecting actually given that they are not real leather. They look the part, and have a lovely finish. I’m very satisfied with them. I would have given them five stars because the delivery was great, the product was really good, but as a little bit of feedback the lining of the heel which is black has rubbed a black mark on my tights when I wore them, but this is my only small niggle as I really like them very much. I am a size 8, but I bought 8.5 based on other reviews and they are a perfect fit. The shoes themselves get a 5. They fit as expected and look beautiful. The box inside the plastic bag they were shipped in wasnt in great shape, though, so I was relieved to see the shoes were fine.
