The ordering and delivery process was perfect. Kept me posted on where my package was and when it would arrive. Found that the products sizes run small. Got a large the first time and it wouldnt fit me. Gave it as a gift. Second time I ordered a 2x and was still a little tight. Otherwise Im happy with the hoodie.
