I am a returning shopper of this brand of on-line shops. I live in the United Kingdom and have to say that the efficiency of the ordering process is excellent. The delivery of the products, considering how far it has to go before it arrives at its destination is incredible. In the rare event that you have a problem, it did happen to me when a delivery didnt arrive. I contacted the office by email and within no time at all, a replacement arrived at my front door.
