This was not quite what I expected but it was my fault. I was expecting something a bit heavier and it is more like a windbreaker but it is clearly described as suitable for Spring and Fall. I nonetheless find it terrific to wear. It is very lightweight but still warm, and if you want to wear it over a sweatshirt or a couple of long-sleeved tees you could wear it in winter. It is very attractive. I have received several compliments about it from random ladies, some of whom petted it, including several who didnt ask first if they could. I didnt mind. It took a while to get here and the shipping boosts the price of it to $35+ but LITB tells you that up front. I received it within the time estimated so no complaints there.
