The Sun Hat Party Hat Dress Hat, has a solid black color. The contrasting white stripes are not in a straight line, but since its not a celebrity item that is not a big deal. The size is slightly large size 58, about 1/4 in for my 57 1/4 size head, but that does not present a great problem since it still fits secure enough that a light breeze does not blow it away, and it might also be, because of the slightly triangular shape of my head. It still fits fairly well and is usable for me. The fabric quality is an upgrade from others Ive purchased from Lightinthebox in the past, and a great deal for the price. What I like the most is the style: the 35% cotton/65% polyester mix does keep its shape, although they arrived in a bad, squished condition, due to the poor packaging.
