The quality is very good, size accurate and delivery as promised. With regard to packaging, the shoes are of a mesh construction and arrived with the toe areas slightly crushed, but this was soon remedied by packing the toes with tissue paper and placing them near a radiator for a time, which allowed them to recover their shape.
