I received the item in great time as it was a birthday present, but unfortunately the wrong size had been sent. I immediately sent an email to the team and Alejandro replied within 24hours. I must say that Alejandro was very helpful and had resolved the issue for me, all within 2 emails each.
The matter was dealt with promptly and professionally by Alejandro and I am very grateful and I will carry on shopping with LightInTheBox.
