A little bit tight across the front but Im sure that will loosen up with wear. There werent enough holes in the strap but a quick trip to the local shoe repair shop fixed that up for no cost. I have had total reconstruction of both feet. Even tennis shoes are difficult to wear. My shoes are beautiful but I have lots of beautiful shoes I cant wear. However these are so very comfortable.
