Just started wearing them and so far they definitely give a nice cushion to the front of my feat.
I can barly feel the part between my toes.
Its a very soft material.
my hope for them is that they help soften the strain on my feet from ballroom dancing.

I havent worn them yet but they feel comfortable and am looking forward to trying them out with my heels.
: I dont care for the fact you can see the silicone. Would be fine with boots so they arent seen. They seem to work though, takes the sting off of being on the ball of the foot all day.
