the first jacket i got was just like this but it was a large in mens and i could only get one arm in it. I thought being a mans jacket it would be bigger. So i ordered another one in a 4X and it fit great except the sleeves were a little long. i usually wear a large in womens. i am 52" and 156 lbs. never have i ever wore a 4X before. But i have been looking for a jacket like this for years. Gotta do what you gotta do.
