Very nice fit. Exactly what it says on the tin. I’d say depending on how you want the fit is too chose your size. For instance I’m 5ft6 and a 31ish waist. I chose Medium for day to day at gym. However if I wanted some for a shoot and show of the quads then I’d deffo gone for a small. The elasticity in waistband would allow for me to get it. Very nice fit. Exactly what it says on the tin.
