I had an amazing experience with Light in the box concerning these shoes.
I ordered a size 41, my normal size, whereas I should have ordered a size 42 according to the measurements in the app. Couldnt zip the shoes so I sent a message to Light in the box and in less than 24 hours I got a response from Rita Hou of their Customer Service. Even though it was concluded I was the one who made the mistake, a new pair of shoes was shipped to me at absolutely no cost.
